this blog was created to show a different side of images by andre. so you'll see pictures of my family as well as places i have been. you will also see pictures with no comments as sometime i'll just let an image speak for it's self.
there will be times when i come across a commercial image that i have taken and is out of the ordinary for me, i will post and discuss my thought process behing the image
so hopefully, this blog will help you gain a different perspective about images by andre.
I am a just a guy who picked up a camera (around 2005 i think) because I loved to take pictures of buildings as a hobby and as a break from my day job as a software engineer.
Over a period of time, I started taking pictures of high school seniors and weddings and eventually created images by andre.
I still love to create great software but my #1 passion is creating interesting images of people, places and things!

my black (roll screen) background is my favorite but i just can’t use it all the time and it has to be used under the right condition, so when matt showed up with a dark colored suit i thought this would be a great opportunity to bring it out again.

hey lisa,
too bad i didn’t take a picture of matt laying down on that nice vanilla colored chaise! you could have really used that picture to get anything you wanted from him. “…either wash my car or i’ll shows your friend that one picture…”
i know its early but i am officially saying that winter is o-v-e-r! i like the 4 seasons we have in northeast ohio as it adds variety…but now i am just looking forward to the springtime where i can try once again to take jordyn kite flying.
so start packing your winter coats and get out the lime green, pink, neon orange and yellow spring jackets…just joking and please no loud colors this spring!

i think i like the version with the saturated colors the best, but i started playing around with different versions to see if my initial impression of what should be done with this image was correct. well…i still like the saturated image but a week from now i could easily pick the second image.
which one would you pick?

…for referring carla and sheree to me as they were nice to work with.
usually i don’t recommend patterned tops or bottoms but sheree proved to me that rules can be broken. her jacket just works…no questions asked!

now sheree is not always so serious as you can see here she has a great smile! and sheree…maybe I’ll see you when I come to visit ashley play basketball this year!

there are other images that i have not posted but these stood out because of the colors (and how they matched the background)
