February 15, 2008The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, etc., in succession, to each diner individually right at their table, thus there is not a traditional menu. The restaurant features a fixed-price continuous table side service. In addition diners can choose from 40 different salads including sushi, seafood and pastas at their leisure from salad bar.
last saturday, shandrea and a couple of our friends went to the brasa grill on west 9th and we have never ever been so overwhelmed with the amount of meat they were serving, it felt like we were dinosaurs or something! we loved the experience but if you are a vegetarian I would definitely avoid this place! imagine a restaurant where every waiter comes to your table and cuts the meat in front of you and then then the next waiter (different kind of meat) comes and does that same and the serving never stops until you say ‘no más’

February 12, 2008i have known ariss for over 10+ years now so i was grateful that adrian and her wanted me to take some engagement photos for them. i would have loved to have had some outdoor photos but the weather is so cold here and it just wasn’t possible! i know better know better NOW as ariss was the very first senior picture and let’s just say that cold fingers + camera equipment + freezing clients are not a good combination!
